     Is concerned there isn't enough incentive for countries like America to intervene in countries like Iraq.  He is suggesting we create a whole fake terrorist network (see: Hamas, created by the Israeli government to siphon support from the PLO).  I have no idea where he gets the idea that Rwanda should be divided in two, perhaps he thinks Hutu and Tutsi live in different regions?  I'd guess he's a very religous Christian. 

     Like your typical AEI fascist, he's far more interested in free markets than representative democracy(aka aristocratic republicanism).  God Bless Executive Pay faction.

     Yoo is beyond the pale, despite his robotic delivery.  Now he's suggesting that, for cost reasons, we should contract out the peacekeeping.
