Enron Apologists, A Cato Presentation

Before the proof came out, lots of Republican Senators, Administration Officials, and Free-Marketeers, blamed the the State of California, or regulation itself, for the California Electricity Crisis.
On July 7th, 2003. Andrea M.P. Neves, Principal at CP Risk Management LLC got the job, with her Phsyicists degree, on blaming regulation, when in fact there were criminals behind it.
I wonder, if Dr. Neves is so willing to speak of what she does not know, and make conclusionary statements which are actually covering up the largest known theft in the history of the world, perhaps people should re-analyze their trust in her role at CP Risk Management LLC and Chicago Partners, run by Dr. Culp.
Fred Smith, President of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, claims that, re: Enron, "mistakes" were made.
