Lincoln 200th Anniversary, White House

Surprisingly, actor S Waterston and Lincoln Library Historian H Holzer discuss A Lincoln's anti-war term in Congress extensively, both a July 2(6?8)th and the more well known Jan 12th, 1848 speeches.  I was deeply conscious of the fact that they were discussing Lincoln committing political suicide.

S Waterston reads from A Lincoln's debates with S Douglas, for his Senate Race, his Cooper Union address, his final home speech, and some other speeches.

The whole peice is interweaved with instances of A Lincoln getting himself photographed.
